For over 30 years Pluswork Limited has been providing human resource services to large and small companies and organisations in the public and private sectors throughout the North West of England.

Many have been Clients for most of that time but we have a steady development of new Client relationships with a growing range of facilities developed to meet the changing needs of todays business.

About You
Much care is taken to ensure that our Clients are provided with the right people to do the work they have available and that we always understand the needs of each Candidate so that when we match them together, there is a very high probability that a successful partnership is created.

For temporary and contract opportunities, all candidates (Plusworkers) are interviewed face to face and reference checked before being offered work and every prospective Client is visited by a Pluswork Customer Service Manager or Director to ensure that the work and conditions are properly specified and are suitable for our Plusworkers. Regular ongoing service visits ensure that changes to requirements are incorporated into the profiles and briefing for new work opportunities.

Attention to detail is a key part of the Pluswork Service so trained and experienced staff allocated specifically to each Client and Plusworker use a specially developed computer system to record significant events and information that enables Pluswork to get the service right first time.

The Pluswork service brings together Quality workers for Quality employers to cover short term, long term or permanent work opportunities.
