Search & Selection
Pluswork has a very large database of candidates, many of whom have already worked for us in a temporary or contract style capacity and have already been interviewed face to face. We have a sophisticated search engine technology to quickly match their skills, experience and qualifications against any enquiries that You place with us.

Specific Recruitment
If the existing database doesn't have suitable candidates currently available for your vacancy, then an advertising campaign at no cost to You can be initiated the same day of Your enquiry and often this allows us to find candidates in less than 24 hours.

The Permanent Process
Once we have 'shortlisted' candidates internally, they may be required to complete various tests and they will be checked for their suitability, interest and availabilty for your vacancy. A current CV can be forwarded to you soon afterwards. We will only send CV's for shortlisted candidates who, in our opinion, match your requirements and this saves time in You reading unnecessary CV's. You will probably want to interview the candidates yourself as soon as possible and so we will co-ordinate your availability with the candidate and confirm all the arrangements in writing to each of you.
