Search & Selection
Pluswork has a very large database of candidates, many of whom have already worked for us in a temporary or contract style capacity. We have a sophisticated search engine technology to quickly match their skills, experience and qualifications against any enquiries that our Clients place with us. You can join this database for temporary, longer term contract or permanent recruitment opportunities even if you dont see a current vacancy that meets your requirements. Things are always changing and we will contact you if your details come up when we are shortlisting for work.

Specific Recruitment
If the existing database doesn't have suitable candidates currently available for a Client vacancy, then we will advertise specifically for this role. You may apply for this when you see it and even if you dont get through to this shortlist we may believe we can find you another suitable opportunity and will offer you the chance to be added to our database (see Search & Selection).

The Permanent Process
Once we have 'shortlisted' candidates internally, you may be required to complete various tests and we will check with you for your suitability, interest and availabilty in the vacancy. Your current CV can be forwarded to the Client soon afterwards. We will only send CV's for shortlisted candidates who, in our opinion, match the Client requirements and this saves their time by not reading unnecessary CV's. From there the Client may request you attend for a face to face interview and we will provide you with full details, co-ordinate your availability with the Client and confirm all the arrangements in writing to each of you.
