We call this service 'contract style' as it provides You and the Plusworker with the benefits of a longer term continuous relationship, but apart from our usual terms of business there is no need for you sign your life away with a lot of smallprint.

When times are good and all your clients are busy and growing, the pressure goes on to deliver more and do it quickly. If this was a guaranteed new level of working then Permanent recruitment of additional staff resources would be the obvious thing to consider.

In less certain times good quality staff who may not be suited to short term temporary work will usually consider longer term 'contract' style work. They get the security of ongoing work and you get the flexibility to change your resource levels when business warrants it without the risk and costs of permanent recruitment.

By ordering for longer continuous periods, we can offer discounted terms from our usual temporary hire rates. Further discounts are available if you need a need a number of people even if they are for different types of work. 

Of course you can always consider converting to our contract to permanent package if you want to take a particular Plusworker permanently when you have both got to know each other.  Special terms are available that let you offset some of your current hire fees for the Plusworker against our usual charges for the Permanent Recruitment service.
