Thats why Pluswork offers the facility to recruit people on a contract style basis for as long as you want until you are satisfied you have a permanent need for the work to be done and that the person doing the work is right for you. We will deal with all their employment administration including salary payments and tax deduction.

The worker also gets the chance to settle in to working with your business with the support of their Pluswork supervisor who can continue to liaise between both parties to increase the likelyhood that things will work out successfully.

For the Employer there are no permanent recruitment fees to pay provided the pre-arranged minimum hire period has been achieved before the worker transfers into your direct employment.

If the work is not a core activity but likely to be long term rather than permanent then the Pluswork contract service may be a better and more cost effective option.
