Pluswork 'contract style'
When times are good and our clients are busy and growing, the pressure goes on to deliver more and do it quickly. If this was a guaranteed new level of working for them then permanent recruitment of additional staff resources would be the obvious thing to consider.
In less certain times employers need the flexibility to change their resource levels when business warrants it without the risk and costs of permanent recruitment but with the benefit they get from having the same staff available on a continuous basis for as long as they need them.
For you, this style of working may mean continuous work with one Client for the duration of a special project or during a period of transition such as the opening of a new facility or even the restructuring or closure of an old one. Usually, the Client knows the minimum amount of time the work will last but this can often be extended as circumstances change. Your Pluswork Supervisor will brief you about this before you accept the assignment and keep you informed on a regular basis for the duration of the work.
This is really temporary work of a long term nature and your pay and benefits will be made through Pluswork. For direct employment with the Client from day one see Permanent.
