Recruitment Process
Pluswork can offer an individual solution to suit each client's requirements based on a pre service survey conducted by your Account Manager before any Plusworkers or Candidates are sent to your site.

Temporary or Permanent workers are may be recruited specifically for your requirements or matched with the records of over 30,000 candidates currently on our database.

All candidates for Temporary or Contract work are interviewed face to face by an experienced and trained Pluswork Interviewer before being added to the database and Permanent Candidates can be specifically interviewed by us prior to you conducting your own interviews with them.

The interviewer thoroughly investigates the applicants work experience, any career gaps and original certificates, and licences are verified and copied to file along with positive checks on identity and eligibility to work in the UK.

The interviewer evaluates the applicants experience, attitude, goals, motivation, language skills and compatibility against Pluswork's strict criteria.  References are sought to verify employment history and character.

Whether the candidate has worked for us elsewhere before or is newly recruited, only those that match your requirements from the pre-service survey will be selected and those are all thoroughly briefed before being sent for your assignment.
