Application Process
Pluswork offers an individual solution to suit each client's requirements based on a pre-service survey conducted by their Account Manager before any Plusworkers or Candidates are sent to their site.

Temporary or Permanent workers will be matched with the candidates currently on our database or, if necessary, recruited specifically for their requirements.

There is no charge to you for registering with Pluswork for temporary or permanent work.

All candidates for Temporary or Contract work are interviewed face to face by an experienced and trained Pluswork Interviewer before being added to the database and Permanent Candidates are specifically interviewed by us prior to the Client conducting their own interviews with them.

The interviewer investigates your work experience, skills and qualifications and discusses your preferences and expectations. Qualifications, Training certificates, and licences are verified and copied to file along with positive checks on identity and eligibility to work in the UK.

The interviewer evaluates your experience, attitude, expectations, motivation, language skills and compatibility against Pluswork's criteria and, for specific work opportunities, against any additional requirements set out by the Client.  

References are sought to verify employment history and character.

Once acceptably checked you will be added to the database, given a written confirmation of yours terms and then will be contacted when suitable work becomes available. Your Pluswork Supervisor will discuss the work requirements in detail before you choose whether or not to accept any assignment or are put forward for a permanent vacancy. Confirmation of these details will be sent to you by post or by email.

Temporary workers are paid by Pluswork and details of the payment rates and frequency (weekly,monthly etc) will be agreed prior to the commencement/acceptance of the assignment.
