Permanent Recruitment throughout the UK
Work you want when you want
Often Temporary work is for just a short duration but can be long term, see Contract or even lead to a permanent job, see Temporary to Permanent. When you are in between jobs, temporary work can help to ensure that you still have an income until you start a more permanent role but many people choose temporary work for a host of other reasons.

Career plans in the pipeline but need to work in the meantime?
Waiting for a start date for some vocational training or career programs such as teacher training or joining the armed forces for example can be a drawn out affair whilst your application is processed and you may need to attend interviews, assessments or exams. Temporary work can provide the flexibility for you to work when you want or when you can.

Returning to work?
Life events such as redundancy, illness, or taking time out to care for relatives, raise children or maybe even travelling the world can leave you with out of date work skills or feeling low in confidence. Temporary assignments supported by your Pluswork supervisor can offer variety and confidence building experience in a wide range of environments to help you decide what you like the most or give you a more recent track record that many permanent employers prefer.

Got paper qualifications but not much experience?
Maybe you just dont know what you want to do for a living or the career you want is not available to you just at the moment. Temporary work could give you an inside view of what it is like to work in a wide range of organistions or industry sectors open your mind to opportunities you had never considered before. See Temporary to Permanent

Stabilise your career record
If you have ever made the mistake of accepting a permanent job that didn't work out as expected, this is a good alternative to going solo in yet another job that may not suit your requirements once you get there. A fragmented CV or work history is always a concern to most prospective employers but a long term relationship with Pluswork allows you to experience a range of work and environments without looking like a 'jobhopper'.
